The Cosplay World Photography Contest for the Halloween Mini Con on October 25th is open to all Photographers no matter your experience level.

The Contest is broken down into two categories.

You can submit only one image for this contest.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

All photographs submitted must be taken during the October 25th, 2025 Halloween themed mini con, no other submissions will be accepted.

Only one photo submission per contestant for the contest. You can not submit one for each category.

When taking your photos ensure you get the cosplayer’s social media information so they can be credited for their cosplay

Fill out submission form by November 1st, 2025, to be entered into the contest

Novice and Master Categories

NOVICE CATEGORY:

Enter your photo that is taken with a non-professional camera and/or setup. This includes all cell phone photos and point and shoot cameras where you don’t set up any additional lighting.

MASTER CATEGORY:

Enter your photo that is taken with a professional camera and utilize additional lighting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After the submission deadline of November 1st, 2025. A panel of judges will review all the images in each category and then vote on the winners. Judges' Decisions for 1st Place within each category will be announced on November 7th 2025. The finalists from each category will be showcased on Cosplay World social media .
